Inside its Class 100,000 (ISO Class 8) cleanroom, MOKI relies on automated production lines and in-line visual inspection systems to monitor critical processes in real time with full data traceability. Every ceramic coil and every finished product carries a complete production record, so any deviation can be quickly located and traced.
Finished Products: Full-Scope Validation
Before leaving the factory, finished products must pass a full range of validations covering electrical performance, vaporization and flavor quality, sealing reliability, and drop and aging tests, with all test data archived for review.
